We are currently looking for a range of personnel to help expand our growing practice. We work in a friendly, supportive and efficient environment, and we would be pleased to hear from anyone with appropriate qualifications, and interest in the environment, that would like to join our team.

We use PC's - Vector works, Microsoft Outlook, Office and Project.

Current positions available for both our Exeter and Bideford offices include:

• Part 2 RIBA students - experience in office environment needed. Must be CAD proficient.
• Architectural technicians - salary related to experience. CAD Proficient.

We are developing an in-house multi-disciplinary team to provide a fully in-house ecological design service for clients, and are looking for the following personnel to enhance our award wining team:

• Mechanical & Electrical Engineer - we are looking to employ as part of our integrated multi-disciplinary team, a CIBSE qualified M&E consultant who will be able to provide a full M&E consultancy service for our clients, working closely with in-house architects and other team members. The need to prove by calculation / software passive design including; daylight, thermal modelling, natural ventilation, avoidance of glare etc will be required, is essential as is close interdisciplinary team working to achieve low environmental impact buildings. Energy and other monitoring of completed buildings will be required to be coordinated and presented..
• Quantity Surveyor / Cost consultant - we are looking to employ an in-house Quantity Surveyor to work as part of our in house team to deliver full Quantity Surveying services, including project cost control, preparing contract documentation, contract administration duties, life cycle costings etc.
