steps
To
pursue a BREEAM assessment, please contact The Environmental Assessment
Consortium to provide a quotation. Once confirmation has
been accepted in writing, the Consortium will ask for drawings
and relevant documentation, and the completion of a straightforward
questionnaire.
The Consortium will arrange a meeting with the building team and
managers to collect information to provide the best possible assessment.
An initial report will be provided showing what has been achieved
and any improvements that could be made.
A
final assessment report and certificate displaying the BREEAM
rating will be provided on completion of the assessment.
